Usage and generation history

Records of jobs, timestamps, models or workflows selected, credit consumption, errors, and related metadata needed to operate history features and billing.

Credits and billing information

Purchase history, package identifiers, amounts, currency, payment status, and credit balances. Payment card data is handled by payment processors; PixelAI does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

Technical logs and device/browser information

IP address, device type, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, diagnostic logs, cookies or similar technologies, and security signals used to protect accounts and the Service.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Service, from authentication and payment processors when you transact or sign in, and from analytics or monitoring tools configured to respect this Policy.

• Route requests to third-party AI model and processing providers where necessary to generate outputs;

To deliver AI features, prompts and permitted uploads may be transmitted to third-party AI model and processing providers for inference and processing. We instruct providers to process data only as needed to provide the Service. Outputs may be stored in your account history unless you delete them or retention limits apply.

We do not use private user uploads to train our own AI models unless we obtain explicit permission or provide a clear opt-in mechanism.

We use subprocessors such as cloud hosting providers, storage providers, authentication providers, third-party AI model and processing providers, payment processors, email or notification vendors, and analytics and monitoring providers. These providers may process personal data under contractual safeguards appropriate to the processing.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. When you pay, their privacy notice governs how they handle payment details. PixelAI receives limited transaction metadata needed to credit your account.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Generated outputs and uploads may remain in account history until deleted by you or removed pursuant to retention schedules. Technical logs may be retained for shorter security windows.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and prompt reporting of suspected unauthorized access.
