Acceptable Use Policy

PixelAI provides powerful AI creation tools. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and describes conduct that is prohibited or restricted. Violations may result in removal of content, suspension, termination, or legal action.

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and outputs. You must comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of others. Use discretion when sharing AI-generated media.

You must not use PixelAI to create, solicit, or distribute:

• Illegal content or material that promotes illegal activity;
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, trade secret, or confidentiality rights;
• Sexual exploitation of minors or child sexual abuse material;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("deepfake" or otherwise);
• Deceptive impersonation, fraudulent schemes, phishing, spam, or misleading synthetic media presented as fact where disclosure is required;
• Hate, harassment, credible threats, or discriminatory attacks;
• Malware, exploits, instructions for wrongdoing, or attempts to bypass safety controls;
• Extreme graphic violence intended to harass or terrorize;
• Content that violates third-party platform or model restrictions communicated by PixelAI.

When distributing outputs publicly or in regulated contexts, disclose synthetic or AI-generated media where required by law, platform rules, or professional standards. Do not present outputs as human-created or verified facts when they are not.

Do not use PixelAI to reproduce copyrighted characters, logos, or branded assets beyond what you have rights to use. Respect licenses for reference images and audio you upload.

Content that harms identifiable individuals—especially intimate, harassing, or defamatory material produced without consent—is prohibited. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required.

Do not sexualize minors, depict minors in unsafe scenarios, or generate content intended to groom or exploit children. Accounts suspected of serious abuse may be reported to relevant authorities.

Do not impersonate individuals, organizations, or governments to mislead others. Political or civic deepfakes must comply with applicable disclosure laws.

Prohibited behavior includes scraping or harvesting user data without consent, probing or attacking our systems, reverse engineering to circumvent billing, sharing accounts to evade limits, automating abusive volumes, or attempting to extract provider configurations or secrets.

We may investigate reports, use automated and human review, throttle usage, remove outputs, revoke credits for abusive jobs, suspend features, or terminate accounts. Our decisions may rely on technical signals and partner notices.

Report concerns to support@pixelai.co.il with relevant URLs, screenshots (if safe to share), timestamps, and account identifiers when available.

We may update this AUP to reflect new risks or legal requirements. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP as described in our Terms.
