Refund & Credits Policy

1. Credit system overview

PixelAI uses prepaid credits to access AI generation features. Credits are not cash or currency; they represent permission to submit generation jobs subject to these rules and our Terms of Service.

2. Purchasing credits

Credits are sold in packages through our checkout experience. Prices, bonus credits, and promotional offers may change. Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors; PixelAI does not store full card numbers on its servers.

3. How credits are consumed

Credits are deducted when you submit or create a generation job that our systems accept for processing. The amount debited is based on the applicable credit quote shown in the product for the selected model and parameters at submission time.

4. Dynamic credit costs

Credit costs vary based on model, task type, resolution, duration, quality, audio options, and other parameters. Changing settings may change the quoted cost before you click generate.

5. Failed generations

If a job fails due to verified technical errors on our side or qualifying platform failures, we may automatically restore credits associated with that failed job where technically feasible. Automatic refunds may appear in your credit balance without a separate request.

6. Refund eligibility

Except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated here, purchases of credits are generally final. Where mandatory consumer laws provide withdrawal or cooling-off rights, those rights apply as described by law. For discretionary goodwill refunds, contact support@pixelai.co.il with your account email and transaction details.

7. Non-refundable items

Credits already consumed for completed processing, jobs canceled due to policy violations, moderation or safety refusals, invalid prompts, unsupported requests, user mistakes (wrong settings or uploads), or misuse may not be refundable. Duplicate purchases made in error may be reviewed case by case at our discretion.

8. Abuse, chargebacks, and policy violations

Fraudulent payments, abusive chargebacks, account sharing that violates our Terms, or circumvention of limits may result in forfeiture of credits, suspension, or termination without refund.

9. Changes to pricing/packages

Package prices and per-job credit costs may change. We will communicate material pricing changes where required by law. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance as described in our Terms.
